1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the action of the opposite parties in not appointing him against the post of 3rd Peon inspite of his selection by the Selection Committee. Hence, he filed O.A. which has been transferred to this Court.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation, the matter renders infructuous.
