2. Heard Mr. J. Pati, learned counsel for the Petitioner, and Mr. Biplab Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel and Mr. S.K. Patra, learned Counsel appearing for Opp. party No.4.
3. The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer.
"To pass appropriate orders directing the Respondents-authorities to grant pensionary benefits/retiral dues in favour of the applicant with interest at the market rate within a stipulated period.
4. It is submitted that in spite of being superannuated from service w.e.f 30.4.2013, the petitioner has not been sanctioned with pension and other pensionary benefits. . 5.
On instruction, though it is submitted by Mr. Biplab Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner in the meantime has been requested to submit necessary papers for regularization of her service before the concerned Headmaster, but the petitioner is not taking any step and
// 2 // even not appearing before the concerned Headmaster for the purpose of regularization of her service. It is also submitted that the petitioner has remained unauthorized absence from her duty in most of the schools and accordingly her service has not been regularized and thereby it is not possible to submit her pension papers unless the said period of services is regularized. 6.
In view of such submission, this Court while disposing the Writ petition directs the petitioner to appear before Opp. party No.5 and provide necessary documents for the purpose of regularization of her services. The petitioner is directed to appear before Opp. Party No.5 within 15 days from today.

It is observed that if the petitioner appears before opp. party No.5 and produces the documents seeking regularization of her services, the said opp. party shall do well to take effective steps in that regard within a further period of one month. It is observed that after such regularization of the service, Opposite Party No.5 shall take step to submit the pension papers before the Opp. party No.4 for doing the needful. Petitioner is also directed to cooperate in the matter.
