This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.336 (C) of 2015 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAC) No.336 of 2015. 3.

The Petitioner being engaged as Ambulance Driver on contractual basis was disengaged from his service vide order dated 07th January, 2015 by the CDMO, Sundargarh.

The Petitioner prayed for quashing the order of disengaged and also prayed for direction to regularize of his service. 5.

Mr. Mr. Susanket Mohapatra, counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Prafulla Kumar Rath, counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he has no up-to-date instruction in the matter.

Since the matter is of the year 2015, it is not felt proper to keep the matter pending any further.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to revive the petition within a period of ninety days from today, if cause of action still survives.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
