2. Heard Mr. Dash on behalf of Mr. K.K. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Nilambar Jena, learned Standing counsel appearing for the School and Mass Education Deptt.

3. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension on 13.7.2015 under Annexure4. It is submitted that during pendency of the matter, the petitioner has been re-instated. It is also submitted in spite of the order of re-instatement, the period of suspension has not been regularized till date.

4. Taking into such submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to approach Opp. Party No.5-District Education Officer, Koraput for redressal of his grievances.

It is observed that if any such application is filed by the petitioner before the Opp. Party NO.5 seeking regularization of the period of suspension within a period of three weeks from today, the said opp. Party shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of four months. The order so passed by the opp. Party No.5 be also communicated to the petitioner within that time.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
