01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called out.

3. The writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Under the above facts of the case the Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to quash the order dated 12.08.2015 passed by the respondent no. 3 (annexure-5) in cancelling the quarter allotted to the applicant and thereby directing the applicant to vacet the quarter by 30th August 2015 and further be pleased to direct to the respondent no.

3. To allow the applicant to retain the quarter for a period of three years or till he is transferred out of the KBK district in light of the resolution of the General Administration Department dated 16/08/2001 (annexure-6).

And further be pleased to pass such order as deem fit and proper.

4. Since in the meantime seven (7) years has passed and till date no notice has been issued, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ Petition.
