1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners in anticipation of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 452/294/323/354/506, I.P.C.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing and the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders and moves for bail before the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole in C.T.

Case No.1557 of corresponding to Badachana P.S. Case No.286 of 2022 within a period of three weeks' from today, he shall be allowed to go on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with the further conditions that the Petitioner shall

// 2 // appear in person before the learned court below on each date of posting of the case unless specifically exempted by the court concerned.

4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
