2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

"to direct the respondents to regularize the service of the applicant in pursuance to the Orissa Group-B posts (Contractual Appointment) Rules, 2013 and grant all consequential service and financial benefits to him from the date he has completed six years of service i.e. from 25.8.2012."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
