Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that O.A. No. 3576 (C) of 2016, which was pending before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, has already been disposed of pursuant to the order dated 19.03.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 10441 of 2021.
