The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated under Annexure-1 and to issue direction to the opposite parties to regularize their services. 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the case of the petitioners is covered by the judgments of the apex Court in the cases of State of Karnataka v. Umadevi, 2006(4) SCC 1, State of Karnataka and others v. M.L.Keshari and others, 2010(II) OLR (SC) 982 and Amarkanti Rai v. State of Bihar and others, (2015) 8 SCC 265. Therefore, direction may be given to the authority to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of the aforesaid judgments, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, but, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.1 to
consider the case of the petitioners taking into consideration the judgments of the apex Court State of Karnataka v. Umadevi, 2006(4) SCC 1, State of Karnataka and others v. M.L.Keshari and others, 2010(II) OLR (SC) 982 and Amarkanti Rai v. State of Bihar and others, (2015) 8 SCC 265, by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
