01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. S. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. The Petitioner has filed this writ Petition with the following relief:- "In view of the facts mentioned in Para-6 above, the applicant humbly prays that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to pass1. Order directing Respondent No. 1 to conclude the relevant disciplinary proceeding at Annexure-2 Series within a stipulated time limit, failing which the same shall be treated as quashed to meet the both ends of law and justice ab initio.
2. Any other order/orders as deem fit and proper.
3. Order allowing this application with costs for which act of kindness, the applicant as in duty bound shall ever pray."

4. Considering the innocuous nature of prayer, the writ Petition is disposed of with a direction on the O.P. No. 1 to conclude the proceeding initiated against the Petitioner on 09.10.2011, if the same has not yet been disposed of within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of this order.
