The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the notice of eviction issued by the Executive Officer, NAC Barpali. 4.
Since the Petitioner has come up challenging the notice of eviction, this writ petition is premature one. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority by filing objection, if he is so advised, so that the matter can be considered and appropriate orders can be passed in accordance with law. 5.
