Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- (i) To quash the fresh selection list dated 16.08.2014 under Annexure-4 passed by Respondent No.2 and to issue appropriate direction to prepare a fresh selection list of the candidates by reflecting the name of the application as a selected candidate. (ii) And pass such other order (s) / direction (s) as the Hon'ble Tribunal may deem just, proper and fit to the circumstances of the case".

In the counter filed by the State, it is revealed that the Government in the Revenue and Disaster Manager Department vide letter dated 22.05.2015 under Annexure-E has cancelled the entire recruitment process, which is the subject matter of challenge in the present Writ Petition.

In view of such stand taken by the Opposite Party No.1 nothing remains to be decided in the present Writ Petition. 6.
