Mr. Pattanaik, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client had made application dated 15th December, 2021 for grant of certificate of street vending. The application has not been considered by opposite party no.2.

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

We are not inclined to direct issuance of notice upon opposite party no.2. Instead, said opposite party will consider and deal with said application dated 15th December, 2021 and

inform petitioner result thereof within three weeks of communication.
