Mr. Swain, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client had applied for benefit under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin) scheme. His client thereafter made representation dated 22nd August, 2022 to opposite party no.2. His client has not been considered for the benefit.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made the representation will be duly dealt with. 3.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider said representation dated 22nd August, 2022 and inform petitioner the result within four weeks of communication.
