This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 10th August, 2022 passed by the District SubRegistrar, Cuttack in Refusal Case No. 16 of 2022, whereby the deed of sale submitted by the Petitioner for registration has been refused.

In course of hearing, Mr. Maharana, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to file appeal under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

While adjudicating the petition for condonation of delay, if any, the appellate authority shall also take instruction the pendency of the writ petition from 28th October, 2022 till date along with other grounds.

Communicated copies of Annexures shall be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopies thereof.
