Petitioners in this writ petition seek for a direction to the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.4 to delete the name of one Rabindranath Swain-Opposite Party No.6 from the ROR in Khata No.57 in mouza Daspur under Bhubaneswar tahasil in the district of Khorda.

In course of hearing, Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy.
