ORDER(Oral) 13.7.2022 01 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 20.12.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that the matter was never admitted nor notices were issued.

4. On 18.12.2015, 29.1.2016, 3.11.2016 & 28.11.2016 none appeared before the learned Tribunal on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was never taken up/pursued thereafter nor there is any further pleadings by any of the parties.

5. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.

6. Learned counsel for OPSC-OP No.1 as well as learned ASC for OP-State submit that considering the nature of grievance raised in the O.A., the challenge to the advertisement published in the year 2015 for conducting OCS Examination, nothing would survive at present for adjudication by this Court. It is further submitted that now the process of selection has been long since over and there has been several

subsequent advertisements in the OSC which have been completed.

7. Having heard learned counsel for the OPs.1 & 2, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
