1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This matter has been transferred to this Court after abolition of Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. The petitioner was a candidate to the post of Junior Clerk Examination dated 24.11.2013 conducted by the District Collector-Cum-District Magistrate, Dhenkanal. He has filed the original application complaining the irregularities and malpractice conducted in the said examination by the authorities.

4. Since the advertisement pertaining to 2013 and the recruitment process has already been over, no cause of action survives. Hence, the WPC (OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.

5. The petitioner is free to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
