IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK

WPC(OAC) No. 3595 of 2015 Ranjubala Behera ....

Petitioner None -versusState of Odisha and another ....

Opp. Parties Mr. S.S.Patra, ASC

CORAM:

JUSTICE M.S.SAHOO Order No.

ORDER(Oral) 13.7.2022 01 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 20.12.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that none had appeared to pursue the matter before the learned Tribunal when the matter was listed on 18.12.2015, 29.1.2016, 3.11.2016 and 20.11.2016. The matter was never admitted nor notices were issued.

4. Learned ASC referring to the averments made in the O.A. (now a writ petition), submits that considering the nature of grievance raised in the writ petition, i.e. to consider the petitioner for compassionate appointment by disposing of her representation that was made in the year 2014, nothing would survive at present for adjudication by this Court.

7. Having heard learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
