Heard Mr. P.C. Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the School and Mass Education Department. 3.
Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the School and Mass Education Department states that the challenging the order the writ petition filed by the State, i.e., W.P.(C) No. 1025 of 2021 has already been dismissed vide order dated 01.08.2022.

In view of the above submission, the contempt petition stands disposed of directing the opposite parties to comply the order passed by the tribunal within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if the same has not yet been complied with.
