This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

This petition has been filed alleging violation of the interim order dated 04.09.2009 passed in WPC (OAC) No. 1953 of 2009, which has been extended vide order dated 04.12.2009. Vide order dated 04.12.2009 the Tribunal adjourned the matter to 15.01.2010 since counter had not been filed and also observed that the interim order to continue till then. After 15.01.2010, the interim order has not been extended and on 15.01.2010 the order sheet reflects that on the said date, the government holiday was declared due to Solar Eclipse. The order under Annexure-2 has been passed on 24.04.2014, long after the interim order has been passed. Therefore, it cannot be said that the opposite parties have violated the interim order passed by the Tribunal.

In view of the above, no contempt lies. The contempt petition is accordingly dropped.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with

certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
