The petitioner, who was working as a guest teacher has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to engage him as a Guest Teacher and to release the remuneration for the period from January 2021 to April 2021 and August 2021 to March 2022. 3.

Since the guest teacher has no right to seek such a direction for engagement, this court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority in accordance with law, if he is so advised.
