Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

In disposal of W.P.(C).No.31742 of 2021, following direction was given on 08.10.2021L "Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition with a direction that the Sub-Collector, Puri-Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to hear the petition for condonation of delay as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if the notice on respondent, namely Rajumani Mahapatrea is sufficient and make an endeavour for earl disposal of the appeal"

Contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of such direction. On the commencement of hearing, Mr.Panda, learned counsel appearing for the contemnor producing entire order-sheet involving Mutation Appeal No.59 of 2020 submits that by order dated 22.03.2022 there is already condonation of delay thereby complying the direction of this Court. This Court finds no cause of action survives in the contempt petition which is dropped accordingly.
