Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.669 of 2022, pending in the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh, arising out of Nayagarh P.S. Case No.158 of 2022, for alleged offences under Sections 294/341/342/323/332/333/353/355/186/379/506/120B/34/307 of IPC. 3.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Nayagarh, by order dated 18.10.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the statement of the injured, who is the Land Accusation Officer and that the specific allegations of overt act against Urmila, Kamalini and Puspanjali and they not being the petitioners before this Court and considering the allegations qua the petitioners, this Court directs the petitioners to
be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
