2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

"a. the impugned order dated 22.10.2014 passed by the State Govt. may be quashed/set aside and the applicant's pay may be fixed in the scale of pay of Rs.9,300/--34,800/- with Grade pay of Rs.4,200/- from the date she availed Time Bound Advancement scale of pay in terms of the Government resolution dated 8.4.2010 and she may also be allowed to avail RACP benefit w.e.f 1.1.2013 as she has already completed more than 30 years of service in the same post in terms of the Government resolution dated 20..1.2014 and the consequential benefits may be made available to her within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Tribunal."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.3 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take

// 2 // a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
