Ms. Jena, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, the compliance urged is not total compliance. She draws attention to letter dated 16th November, 2021 and submits, condition imposed by office of alleged contemner could not have been imposed, as absent in the prior sanction of rent.

Mr. Dey, learned advocate appears on behalf of alleged contemner and submits, direction by order dated 25th June, 2021, made by coordinate Bench, was for his client to deal with the representation. By said letter dated 16th November, 2021, decision taken thereon has been communicated to applicant. As such, there has been compliance.

Court accepts the compliance. Applicant if aggrieved by any term imposed by said letter dated 16th November, 2021, is at liberty to obtain redress, as may be available in law.
