01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State-Opp. Parties.

3. The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Collector, Ganjam on 20.10.2014 under Annexure-2, wherein the claim of the Petitioner for his appointment under the provision of the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme has been rejected on the ground that the family separation deed so submitted is an unregistered one.

4. Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he has got no instruction whether any registered separation deed is available with the Petitioner or not.

5. Considering such submission made by Mr. Das, this Court while disposing the writ Petition, permits the Petitioner to approach O.P.

// 2 // No. 2 by making a fresh application along with the registered family separation deed if any.

6. It is observed that if any such application is filed along with a copy of the registered family separation deed, then the said O.P. No. 2 shall take a fresh decision on the same. It is further observed that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of this case.

7. The writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) Judge Sneha
