Heard learned counsel for the parties 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to release the TBA Scale of pay to the petitioner after completion of 15 years of service pursuant to Rule-8 of ORSP Rules, 1998. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-4 series and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same, taking into consideration Annexure-2, within a stipulated time, to which learned counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.4 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4 series, taking into consideration Annexure-2, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
