Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to direct the Collector, Sundargarh (Opp.Party No.3) for compliance of the direction issued by the Opp.Party No.2 vide letter dt.27.01.2022 under Annexure-9 within a specified time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."

Learned State Counsel at the threshold objects entertaining such complain.

For the opinion of this Court, it was for the Competent Authority to decide the complaint already received by it keeping in view the communication dated 27.1.2022, vide Annexure-9. This Court without expressing any opinion on merit of the case involving the claim disposes of the matter directing the Collector, Sundargarh, O.P.3 to take a lawful decision on the complaint of the Petitioner
// 2 // under Annexure-9 being recommended by the Revenue Divisional Commissioner, Northern Division, Sambalpur by undertaking such exercise within a period of one and half months but however involving the Parties likely to be affected and communicating the outcome to the Petitioner.
