1. The Petitioner's representation and notice (Annexures-2 and 3) shall be examined by the Commissioner, Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) after issuing notice to the Petitioner and giving the Petitioner an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 2nd January, 2023 and the copy of the decision shall be made available to the Petitioner within a week thereafter. The Commissioner, CMC will also facilitate a visit to the pound by the Petitioner as part of considering her representation.
