The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to complete the denovo proceeding within a stipulated time.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate upon instruction contended that the Proceeding has already been concluded and dropped since 2017.

In view of the above, the prayer made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and accordingly the writ Petition stands disposed of.
