This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Original Application No.4230 of 2016 (C) was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.4230 of 2016.

Perusal of record reveals that the petitioner, appointed as an Additional Section Teacher (Trained Graduate Posts) by the erstwhile management of Aided High School which has been taken over by the Government since 06.06.1994, was approved as teacher. He has been allowed to work as Assistant Teacher (Junior Secondary Education Service) vide Government Order No.VII SME (X)-184/09 (Pt.I)/7195/SME dated 29.04.2010. Subsequently, he worked as Inspector of School Cuttack Circle, Cuttack (now re-designated as District Education Officer, Cuttack).

The petitioner is aggrieved by in-action of the authorities in not extending the service benefits such as
// 2 // Seniority from 07.06.1994, admitting her into old pension scheme and G.P.F scheme of 1992 and the arrear financial benefit from 14.12.2001 to 13.05.2010.

It is submitted by the petitioner that representation has been submitted to the authority concerned who has not considered the same yet.

Since none appears for the petitioner.

It is construed that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing this writ petition and by efflux of time the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
