This writ petition involves the following prayer: "

PRAYER The Petitioner, therefore, prays that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to direct the O.P. No.2 to instruct his office to take necessary action on the representation filed by the Petitioner on 07.08.2021 and which was received by the Opposite Party No.10.08.2021 and dispose of the same in accordance with law considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in the best interest of justice."

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Opposite Party No.1 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 (series) more particularly at page 10 of the brief and take a

// 2 // lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto. 4.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 5.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
