1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 03.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.28737 of 2022.

3. Heard.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the 1st page of the brief the saving account number of late Udayanath Jena has been wrongly typed as "11326327979" instead of "11327327979". Therefore, in the 3rd line of paragraph 3 of the aforesaid order, the

// 2 // saving account number of late Udayanath Jena has been wrongly mentioned as "11326327979"

instead of "11327327979".

5. Considering the submissions and the averments made in the petition, prayer is allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that the saving account number of late Udayanath Jena wrongly typed as "11326327979" in the 1st page of the brief as well as in the 3rd line of paragraph 3 of the aforesaid order be read as "11327327979".

6. This order shall be read as a part of the original order. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered.

7. Accordingly, this I.A. is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
