This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition seek for a direction for early disposal of Mutation Case No.2411 of 2015 stated to be pending before the Tahasildar, Sadar, Cuttack. 3.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State, on instruction, submits that the record of Mutation Case No.2411 of 2015 is not traceable in the office of the Tahasildar, Sadar, Cuttack. He, therefore, submits that the Petitioners may provide the relevant records along with copy of the application to take steps for early disposal of the said mutation case by the Tahasildar, Sadar, Cuttack. 4.

Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Petitioners undertakes to provide the copy of the mutation application along with relevant records to the Tahasildar, Sadar, Cuttack by 17th January, 2022.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in

// 2 // the event the Petitioners supply the copy of the mutation application along with relevant records to the Tahasildar, Sadar, Cuttack-Opposite Party by 17th January, 2022, as undertaken, the Tahasildar, Sadar, Cuttack shall take steps for disposal of Mutation Case No.2411 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months therefrom. Leaned counsel for the Petitioners shall also produce an authenticated copy of this order before the Tahasildar, Sadar, Cutack for information and compliance.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
