Learned Counsel for the Opposite Party has produced a copy of the order dated 29th June, 2022 passed by the District Magistrate & Collector, Khordha in compliance of the order dated 15th October, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.19022 of 2019. He thus submits that the order dated 15th October, 2019 stands complied with. Thus, the contempt proceedings be dropped.
