This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider her case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment as per the relevant rules within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made application to the opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-3 and direction may be given to take a decision on the same within a stipulated time, to which learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.4 to take a decision on the application of the petitioner under Annexure-3, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
