2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 20.12.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. The matter was taken up on 18.3.2015. Notices were issued on 20.3.2015 and not taken up/pursued thereafter.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the O.A., the matter has been rendered infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
