01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. A. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ Petition with the following prayer:- "Under the facts mentioned in paragraph-6 above and the circumstances, the applicant prays for the following reliefs:- This Hon'ble Tribunal be graciously pleased to direct the respondents to sanction the leave and regularize the period of leave with effect from 11.09.2014 till 28.04.2016 within a stipulated period.
And further would be pleased to pass any other appropriate order(s) as may be deem fit and proper as per the guidelines of the year 2015."
4. Considering the prayer made in the writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to approach O.P. No. 4 for consideration of his grievance.
// 2 // It is observed that if any such application is made by the Petitioner within a period of three (3) weeks from today, O.P. No. 4 shall take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order.
5. After such consideration if it is found that the Petitioner is entitled to get any financial benefit, the same shall also be disbursed within a further period of three (3) months.
