01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Ms. Itishree Tripathy on behalf of Mr. B.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The present writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "In view of the facts mentioned in paragraph-6, the applicant most humbly prays

1. To quash the impugned advertisement dtd.01.08.2015 for the contractual appointment of Livestock Inspector for the district of Mayurbhanj under Annexure-5 and direct the respondents to modify the said advertisement by extending the age relaxation of upper age limit, considering the length of service as Gomitra and accordingly to consider the case of the applicant who is otherwise eligible for the said post for the interest of justice.

// 2 // And any other order(s) or direction(s) as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

4. Even though the writ Petition was filed in the year 2015 challenging the selection process, but no notice whatsoever has been issued till date.

Since the selection process has been completed in the meantime and none of the selectee has been impleaded as a Party to the writ Petition, the prayer as made in the writ Petition cannot be allowed.
