1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. The petitioner has filed Writ Petition before this Court challenging the transfer order 20.08.2015 at Annexure-1 transferring the applicant from UPS Kittingi under Kashi Nagar Block to UPS Luhagudi under Mohana Block and also sought direction to Opposite Party to allow the applicant in UPS Kittingi.

3. Since the matter is pertaining to transfer of the Petitioner way back the year 2015, the cause of action raised in the petition does not seem to be surviving anymore. Accordingly, the WPC (OAC) has become infructuous.

4. However, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.

5. In view of the above, the WPC (OAC) is disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.
