1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with a prayer to quash the impugned order of transfer dated 28.09.2015 passed by the Block Education Officer, Saintala transferring the petitioner from Belgaon Primary School, Belgaon to Kalikhet Primary School.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the cause of action against which the Writ Petition filed does not survive any more.

4. In that view of the such facts, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
