The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the order passed in O.A. No. 1598 (C) of 2014 filed by Bharat Kumar Das v State of Odisha and others or alternatively to declare the written examination conducted in accordance with PCO No. 345/2013 as illegal. 4.

As it appears, the Petitioner wants to quash the order passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 1598 (C) of 2014 filed by Bharat Kumar Das v State of Odisha, without impleading the parties of the said Original Application as parties to the present writ Petition. 5.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition suffers from non-joinder of parties and as such, the same stands dismissed. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J.)
