2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
3. The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.
"(i) The Respondents be directed to allow the benefits of the RACPS to the applicants by applying it to their salary and then revise the pension amount accordingly and pay the same along with arrear and current w.e.f. 01.01.13;
(ii) Disburse the current and the arrear pension within a period of 90 days keeping in view the age and physical condition of these retired employees; (iii) Allow the application'
(iv) And pass such other order / orders direction /directions as deemed fit and proper by your Lordships".

Although notice has been issued since 15.12.2014, but no counter has been filed by the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioners have moved before Opposite Party No.3 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 21.04.2014 under
// 2 // Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioners in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioners.
7. With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
