Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that the claim of the Petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Dr. (Mrs.) Srutakirti Das v. Superintendent of Police, Rourkela and others (WPC (OAC) No. 2148 of 2004 disposed of on 29.10.2021).

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the Opposite Parties to consider the claim of the petitioner and take a decision thereof in terms of the judgment of this Court in the case of Dr. (Mrs.) Srutakirti Das (supra). Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
