1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 21.12.2021, after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the learned Tribunal has referred in order dated 13.10.2015 to another order passed in O.A. No.3440(C) of 2015. Since the records of the said case is not available, this Court is not in a position to know what order was exactly passed on 13.10.2015.

4. It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the applicant before the learned Tribunal in the year 2015 sought for relaxation of upper age limit 32 years for appointment of contractual Livestock Inspector, therefore, nothing would survive at present.

5. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that after lapse of seven years, nothing would survive for adjudication.
