01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. The writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "The applicant therefore prays that the Hon'ble Tribunal may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate direction by directing the respondents to give appointment/engagement the applicant as contract classical Teacher (Sanskrit) in the district of her preference against the vacancies and following the principle of equality under Articles 14 & 16 and pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as your Lordship may deem just and proper in favour of the applicant."
4. Since the process of selection has been completed and none of the selected candidates have been arrayed as Party to the writ Petition, the prayer made in the writ Petition cannot be allowed.
