Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defect within three days.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to sanction RACP benefit with Grade pay of Rs.4600/- on completion of 10 years of service and the grade pay of Rs.4900/- in the scale of pay of Rs.9,300/- Rs.34,800/- on completion of 20 years of service with effect from 01.01.2013 in favour of the petitioner pursuant to resolution dated 06.02.2013 as at Annexure-8 and sanction the MACP benefits under ORSP Rules, 2017 on completion of 30 years of his service with effect from 21.01.2017 treating him as a TGT from the date of initial entry grade of service as on 21.01.1987 instead of matric CT and sanction and disburse the differential arrears thereon and disburse the same in his favour. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-13 and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same, taking into consideration Annexures-9 and 11, within a stipulated time, to which learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education has no objection. 5.
As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-13, taking into consideration Annexures-9 and 11, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. 6.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
