1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners in anticipation of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 376/313/323 of IPC.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences and above all the fact that the co-accused persons have since released on bail in connection to the ABLAPL No.8382 of 2022, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders and moves for bail in connection with S.T. Case No.84 of 2022 arising out of Turumunga P.S. Case No.51 of 2022 pending in the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Kenojhar within

// 2 // a period of three weeks' from today, she shall be allowed to go on bail on stringent conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that the Petitioner shall appear in person before the learned court below on each date of posting of the .

4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
