By producing a copy of the communication involving Demarcation Case No.59/2022 in Court today, learned counsel for Petitioner complains that even though there is already posting of the proceeding, there has been no demarcation as of now. 2.

Considering the innocuous prayer made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Tangi-Choudwar to show finality to the Demarcation Case No.59/2022 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected.
